Our preferred shipping method is FEDEX Ground Home Delivery service. If you ordered shipping by USPS please be aware that it is usually takes longer for the order to arrive.
Order Shipping. Your order will ship in 1 to 2 business days if the items are in stock. Normally all orders received by 12 noon are shipped the next business day as long as all products are in stock.
Custom made orders or orders that require alterations, such as extra grommets, fluffing, etc. will need 5 to 10 days to complete depending on the work to be done.
There is 24hrs processing time in which your order can be received and processed for shipping. EVEN ON EXPEDITED OR OVERNIGHT SERVICES.

When estimating delivery date please know that Weekends and Holidays do not count.
If you have a deadline – it helps if you mention that in the comments during checkout process.
Be sure to allow enough time for your order to arrive. Once the order is picked up by a carrier it cannot be cancelled. It will be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.
Remember, all delivery times are estimates.
CUSTOM MADE BLANKETS and COVERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS SUCH AS, BUT NOT LITIMED TO SPECIAL ORDER CUSTOM COVERS, BLANKETS WITH IMPRINT OR BLANKETS WITH CUSTOM INSTALLED GROMMETS, BLANKETS WITH ANY ALTERATIONS ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NOT REFUNDABLE .
We provide no guarantee explicit or implied as of the quality of workmanship or the final product. Blanket dimensions are not exact and may vary slightly. Color shades may differ, especially if the blankets are from different batches. Grommets will be placed according to your description, but some deviations should be expected and do not constitute a faulty product.
Dimensions of the blankets are not exact and may deviate slightly. To provide for continuity of the material during quilting process, outer fabric may overlap on the surface of the blanket. Same is true for the filler, occasionally filler may overlap, creating an area of the blanket that may be thicker than the rest of the blanket. Color shade of outer fabric may differ. Thread may occasionally get loose or have missed stitching. Those minor imperfections are part of the quilting process and do not constitute a faulty product. It does not prevent blanket from serving its purpose as a Moving blanket to protect furniture.
NOTE TO INTERIOR DECORATORS and designers. Please order a sample swatch before making the order. Please note that different batches of blankets may differ in color shade.
We normally ship all orders the next business day. If we do not have your item in stock or the item was not shipped and you wish to cancel – there is no cancellation fees.
All cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING.
If you wish to cancel an item that is out of stock or was ordered by mistake, please e-mail your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you decide to cancel.
Our shipping cut off time is 1 PM. If the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, then it will be treated as a “Return” with all applicable charges.
If it is a custom order, such as custom cover or blanket with custom grommets, and if we had started working on the order – it cannot be cancelled. If you do not need the product anymore, we will refund the shipping costs, but the product cost is not refundable.

Should you want or need to return your product, please read the following policy.
1. You have 5 days to inspect the product and to inform MoversSupplies.com about any damages or problems with the product. If you discover shipping damage, please make every attempt to leave the containers and packing materials as they were when you first discovered the loss or damage. Please send digital images to with the order number and tracking number from the package. MoversSupplies.com. will decide at its own discretion if the product needs to be repaired, or replaced, or returned for a refund.
2. You have 15 days from the receipt of the product, according to the carrier’s delivery date, to return the product if there was any damage or defect.
3. You have 30 days to return the product after you receive it if there is nothing wrong with the product, but you changed your mind and/or do not want to have the product anymore. NOTE the product should be in as NEW, “ready to be sold” state in order to get a refund. USED PRODUCTS are NOT ACCEPTED. If you have washed or laundered the blankets before the 30 days, this will also void the return policy.
If the product is not damaged and return is due to a change of mind, change of circumstances, ordered by mistake, Late delivery, does not work as expected, or any other reasons, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees, return charges and a 20% restocking fee.
No returns and No refunds accepted after 30 days.
The product must be returned unused in its original packaging and ready to be resold. Used, discounted, altered or customized products are not returnable or refundable.
To return a product, please ship it to 7311 Grove Rd, STE B-200, Frederick, MD 21704, shipping costs are non-refundable.
In case you received a damaged product, and we agreed to the return, send an email to OrderMoversSupplies.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the address to send the merchandise to. Mark the RMA clearly on the outside of your package and return to us with prepaid — (We will not accept C.O.D.).
We recommend insuring & tracking the package. Once items are received and processed the refund will be deposited back in your credit card account or PayPal within 5-7 days, sometimes sooner depending on the day of the week. You will receive a confirmation of the refund via email.
If you are returning the blankets because you changed your mind or made a mistake – Please ship it back to
7311 Grove Rd, Ste 200, Frederick, MD 21704 for a refund.
if you requested and received a return label please be aware that we expect the return in the ORIGINAL packaging. “ORIGINAL” means that if the actual original box is not available, the shipping box must be of the same size. If the blankets were shipped in a bundle then the return package must not exceed the size of the original bundle. If you ship the return in a package that triggers an oversized package fee, the SHIPPER (you) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OVERSIZED PACKAGE FEES.
Upon the receipt, the products will be inspected for wear and tear.
If the products will be in “As New” condition – refund will be issued within 3 – 5 business days.
USED PRODUCTS, Products with Dog hair, Nail holes etc. WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
MoversSupplies.com strives to ship all orders as soon as possible ( within 2 business days, custom orders might need additional time depending on the specifics of the order). MoversSupplies.com cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, carrier delays, weather or incorrect/incomplete address information. The carrier will attempt delivery at least 3 times and should leave a notice each time.
If an order is returned to us because of incomplete or incorrect address information (as given to us by the customer), we will make every effort to reship if so desired, but the customer will have to pay for any additional shipping charges on the 2nd attempt.
USED ITEMS are NOT RETURNABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE. If you need to return the merchandise because you no longer need it, changed your mind or because of a smell please note the smell is not considered a defect and your order will be subject to the standard return policy. You MUST return the merchandise within 15 business days after delivery, IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION and in ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If the ITEMS are found to be used USED there will be NO REFUND..
Any order refused at the time of delivery, will not receive any credit back. If you have a question or concern regarding your order, you should contact our customer service department, as soon as possible!
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase after you receive it, you may return it in its original condition for a refund. However, you will first need to get a return authorization from us and you will be responsible for the shipping charges in both directions. please e-mail your return request to email@example.com . After we receive the item we will notify you of its receipt. We will need your credit card number and expiration date information to process the refund. If your return is not due to our error – a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund due.
All moving kits must be returned as shipped, no partial kits accepted. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to get your return authorization. Please provide your phone number if you want a customer service representative to call you back. Once you have received a verbal and written email authorization from customer service to return your order, you must do so at your expense. DO NOT REFUSE THE ORDER! You must accept the order and mark all packages clearly with the Authorization Number you have been given. All returns must be made within 5 days after delivery.
1. CANCELLATION. Order was cancelled before it was shipped: Full refund less Payment processing fees as charged by the payment processor ( Credit card of PayPal)
2. DAMAGED PRODUCT. if the product had manufacturer’s defect, or it was our error – we will either send replacement or issue a Full refund after the original product is received back in stock.
3. CHANGE OF MIND. if the product was returned because you changed your mind or circumstances changed, carrier delay etc. – we will refund the Cost of the product less 20% restocking fee. AFTER The product was returned back in stock. Shipping charges in both directions are NOT refundable.
4. LOST or UNDELIVERED product claims. In case you did not receive your order within 7 days after it was shipped please alert us as soon as possible! We will contact the Carrier to start investigation. If the tracking number shows that the product was delivered – we consider it delivered. . We will still start investigation on your behalf, but if the carrier reports that the shipment was delivered, then NO REFUND is due. If the product is indeed lost we will try to recover the shipment from the carrier and Ship you a replacement.
