These blankets, in our Vocal Booth series, have a thinner outer layer of fabric than our moving blankets that let sound in so it can be absorbed in the interior of the design. The blankets are filled with sound absorptive recycled cotton fibers with the outer material made from cotton-mix fabric. These also have a two inch parallel vertical stitching. This specific stitching design allows the blankets to expand and contract more than the tried-and-true zig-zag lock stitch seen in our classic moving blankets. This allows the sound proofed blanket to accommodate your space, and also assume a thicker form which would allow for optimal sound absorption.
