HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All items normally ship from our area warehouse on the day your order is placed or the next business day. We intend to have all items on our web site in stock. Our preferred shipping method is FEDEX Ground. Please place your orders via our website...that is the most efficient way. If you have questions, please e-mail to Support@moverssupplies.com
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will arrive in 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. Normally all orders within 200 miles from warehouse ar delivered the next day byu regular FEDEX Ground. Be sure and allow enough time when you order. We do not issue refunds because you do not order in time. Remember, all delivery times are estimates. If you have a deadline - please mention that in the comments when going through checkout process.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?
We will notify you by e-mail when your order was shipped and provide tracking number. If you do not receive shipping notification within 2 business days after you placed your order - please call (240) 880-8904, or send us an e-mail to support@moverssupplies.com. It is possible that we did not get your order.
HOW CAN I FIND MY SHIPPING COSTS?
You can check the shipping costs before you have to create an account.
- First create your order ( ad your items to shopping cart);
- The new screen that appears displays your shopping cart contents. (you can also click "View Cart" link in the top right corner) ;
- At the bottom of the new window you will see a button - “See shipping charges”. Click on it.
- In the new window that appears, enter your destination Zip code in the appropriate field and click "Estimate shipping cost".
You will see available shipping options and charges.
DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA? WHAT WILL THE SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES COST BE?
Yes, we do ship internationally. To find out international shipping costs please follow these steps:
- Add products to your shopping cart (Select your products and click "Add to cart"),
- in a new Window that appears, click on "See shipping charges" button, which is next to "Checkout" button;
- New window will appear. Select your country and enter your postal code.
- Click "Estimate Shipping Cost" button.
You will see the Shipping options.
Unfortunately we cannot estimate Customs Duties and Taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Carrier will invoice you directly for Customs Duties. Please be aware that FEDEX now asks for Tax ID ( Social security number) for international shipments.
DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE ORDERS?
YES. If you order more than 10 dozen of blankets there is Approximately 5% discount, if you order more than 20 or 30 dozen – there is more discount available. Simply enter the quantity of blankets you want into your shopping cart – the total price will include discount.

WHAT IS "CUSTOM SHIPPING"?
If you selected “Custom shipping” option – we expect you to arrange your own carrier to deliver your goods (or you can pick them up yourself.) If you select "Custom shipping option" please eneter your carrier account # in the comments during check out. If picking up - please give us the date and time when you will be picking up. There is a $16 handling charge to prepare your order and shipping documents.
CAN I COME AND PICK UP MY ORDER MYSELF?
YES you can. There is a 5 dozen minimum for self pick ups.
Please make your order online first and select “Custom Shipping” option.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID ONLINE.

SORRY, you cannot just come in and browse.
All our supplies are listed on the site.
Warehouse is NOT a store front.
WILL I INCUR ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Shipping Charge is not included in the price of the product. You can see shipping options before you have to proceed to checkout.
Sales Tax is additional.
International shipments also must pay Customs charges.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If we ship your order in a timely manner, consistent with our terms and conditions, there will be no credit issued for any order returned without prior authorization.
(If you refuse the shipment, without a Return Authorization # from our customer service dept. you will not receive any credit for the returned merchandise.)
We strive to ship orders right away, but if you selected Ground or Home delivery option FEDEX DOES NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY TIME. No claims for "Late Delivery" will be accepted.
USED ITEMS are NOT RETURNABLE and NOT REFUNDABLE

AFTER WE GET AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN, HOW DO WE GET A REFUND?
After we receive the item we will notify you of the receipt. We will need your credit card information to process refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. If your return is not due to our error - 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund due.
CAN I RETURN CUSTOM MADE COVERS ?
NO. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS SUCH AS SPECIAL COVERS, BLANKETS WITH IMPRINT OR BLANKETS WITH GROMMETS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NONREFUNDABLE .
We provide no guarantee explicit or implied as of the quality of workmanship or the final product. Blanket dimensions are not exact and can vary slightly. Grommets will be placed according to your description, but some deviations should be expected and do not constitute a faulty product.
All custom orders must be prepaid in full by check or money order before production will start.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Company checks or Money orders are also welcome. But we do not ship the order until the check clears.

After we receive your return, or process cancellation we issue refund within 5 business days
How many hours, an average 3 bedroom 2 bath home would probably take me to pack? I know that each place is different but could you offer me any information so I know how many days I should probably take off from work in order to pack my home
This is a tough question....Are you a good packer?
Do you KNOW what are you taking or you will be thinking about it while you pack? - this one is the major factor in how long it will take you.
Otherwise for one person packing - figure a day per room.
Add an extra day for kitchen ( dishes and chinaware) so 4-5 days of hard work?
When I opened the box – there was some smell from the blankets, what was it?
Sometimes we get questions about the smell from new blankets.
Blankets made in china may acquire the smell during transportation in airtight ocean container. The "musty smell" or "chemical smell" as some people call it, eventually goes away when the blankets are opened and exposed to the fresh air.
Smell is not harmful. We have dog breeders as repeat customers and they do not complain about the smell problem. If you are planning to use the blankets in your closet or in your car, to help eliminate the smell faster, some people tell us they washed the blankets, dried them in a dryer and the smell was gone.
if you intend to uise blankets in a car or closet or anywhere where the smell could be a problem we recommend to purchase American Made Moving Blankets.

HOW WEIGHT PER BLANKET IN lbs COMPARES TO FILLER/YARD IN OZ?
Weight of the moving blanket usually indicates how much filler it contains and therefore how thick the blanket is. Most of the sites represent the weight per blanket in Lbs. Some vendors show it as weigh by “Filler/Per Yard” in Oz. This is quite confusing, because you need to figure out how many square yards in a blanket and then convert “Oz” into “lbs”. It gets even more confusing though when you try to compare results of your calculations to what the website shows in their product description. It does not match. If you see "Filler/Yard" description - go to the product description and look for Weight per Blanket.
