The advantage of using the Piano- appliance strap when moving a piano, is that it goes around the piano and through the open slots in the Piano Board and locks on itself. As opposed to Cambuckle strap which attaches to E-truck of a piano board and may potentially disengage in the worst possible moment, especially if not done properly.
